Box of chocolate moist cupcakes with fondant topping and sky blue-cream color ordered by Fuza from Johor Jaya..She wanted to put wordings 'Fuza Johan, Tahniah' on top of the cakes..I'll do the best that I can, to fulfill her requirements..I amend here & there to make it simple, nice & eye candy..So, here are the end product of my touch..happy watching...

Credit to my hubby cause helping me sending those cuppies to Fuza..I feel very relieved when Fuza was satisfied with my touch..Tq so much for your feedback..I really appreciate it..

Marble Cheese Brownies

Resepi Marble Cheese Brownies ni dah lama tersimpan dalam lipatan buku resepi saya..Saya pun x ingat bila & di mana saya dapat resepi ni..Byk kali tertunda hasrat saya nak mencuba resepi brownies ni & resepi2 lain yg ada dlm simpanan saya tu..

Akhirnya hari ni (24/5/2011), selepas pulang dari kerja..saya berjaya menghasilkan Marble Cheese Brownies saya yg pertama..Not bad kata husband saya..Maybe next time saya boleh perbaiki lg mana2 sudut yang perlu..hihihi

Ini lah rupa bentuk Marble Cheese Brownies yg telah saya sediakan..Happy Browsing!!!

Lapisan cheese bertukar warna selepas di bakar..Mungkin saya perlu cover dgn aluminium foil supaya warna cheese tu x jd camtu..Pasni saya akan meng'experimen' lg..hihihi..

p/s: walaupun rupanya x berapa nak cantik, tp rasanya sedap...kalau ada yg berkenan, boleh je order.. :)

Birthday Cuppies

34pcs cupcakes; half choc moist and another half vanilla flavor ordered by Edlya for her friend's birthday..Edlya wants buttercream topping; purple-white color & "Happy Birthday To Munshi Shaihan" on top of the cupcakes..

Pada mulanya, saya nak letak all the cuppies inside 1 box, and do the deco as Edlya requested..Rupa2nya box yg saya beli, x muat nak letak all the cuppies in 1 box..Memandangkan masa yg terhad utk saya pergi beli kotak yg lain, saya decide utk meletakkan cuppies tersebut dlm 2 box yg berasingan & give her another 3 extra cuppies utk mememuatkan those cuppies dalam box2 tersebut..Nampak la cantik sikit..

Saya harap Edlya berpuas hati sbb saya x dpt jumpa dia masa delivery the cakes..Adik dia yg recieved the cakes on her behalf..Ini lah, hasil nya setelah plan asal saya tersasar dr landasan...

From Rafiee to His LOVE 1

Selesai majlis makan2 hari ibu, saya menyiapkan cuppies order from Rafiee khas utk his LOVE one..katanya nak wat surprise yg x bape nk surprise utk bday girl..ketawa saya bila dgr Rafiee ckp camtu..hihihi..

Rafiee ada bagi contoh deco yg dia mintak saya buatkan..saya amend sana sikit sini sikit dr contoh yg di beri..maka, ini lah hasil nya.. :)

Saya amat gembira bila mendapat feedback yg baik dr Rafiee..Semoga saya akan terus dapat menghasilkan deco yg lebih menarik, kemas & berkualiti..AMIN!!!

Selamat Hari Ibu-Ibu 92A

Tiada sambutan tertentu utk meraikan hari ibu pada tahun ini..Sekadar makan2 di kalangan ahli keluarga..Adik saya, UDA yg jd mastermind utk majlis makan2 tersebut..Dia lah yg sebok dok mengarahkan org tu masak ni, org ni masak tu..Saya di kerahnya wat kek..Dia watpe?? Dia jd maid la..Kemas mengemas serahkan kt dia.. :D

Rumah pusaka keluarga 92A jd markas majlis tersebut..Untuk menjayakan majlis tersebut a.k.a melayankan kerenah adik saya tu, maka terhasil lah sebiji kek coklat yg saya lapiskan ngn cream cheese frosting dan disalutkan ngn chocolate ganache..Pastu dihiaskan dgn biskut finger di sekeliling kek, tulisan "SELAMAT HARI IBU-IBU 92A" dr fondant serta hiasan tambahan yg lain, yg juga dr fondant..Credit to my kazen yg tolong menghias the cakes..

Colourful Theme

16pcs Chocolate Moist - Fondant topping - Colourful theme..Tuan empunya yg membuat tempahan ni, nak bawa those cuppies to Perak..Nak beri kat 'spesel fren' agaknya..Dia terpaksa menunggu ketibaan those cuppies kt Plaza Tol Kulaijaya..Lama gak Zul kena tunggu sbb dia sampai awal dr waktu yg dijanjikan..Maaf ye Zul sbb kena tunggu lama..Mudah2an those cuppies still in good condition walaupun terpaksa mengharungi perjalanan yg jauh & panjang.. :)
